The Libyan Biotechnology Research Center is a leading scientific research institution established by virtue of the former Secretary of the General People's Committee for Education and Vocational Training’s Decision No. (117) of the year 2000. The center enjoys legal personality and independent financial liability, enabling it to effectively achieve its research and scientific objectives.
