Since 2002, he has supervised mushroom production and cultivation projects and holds leadership positions in food inspection and scientific publications. He has broad expertise in the diagnosis of pathogenic bacteria, food microbiology, soil biology, medicinal plants, and the mycology industry, in addition to professional training in radiation safety and chemical hazards.
