The Administration of Planning and Development serves as a cornerstone in supporting and enhancing the administrative and technical operations within the Libyan Biotechnology Research Center. Our Tasks

Planning at the Libyan Biotechnology Research Center encompasses a broad range of activities involving collaboration across administrations and specialized units. It works closely with the Center’s leadership and main offices to promote integrated planning, with particular focus on:

Facilitating the creation and implementation of the Center’s vision and strategic plan.
Governing and supporting key projects that contribute to the fulfillment of the strategic plan.
Monitoring progress toward achieving strategic goals and ensuring measurable impact.
Providing accurate data and performance reports to maintain transparency and accountability.
