The Administration of Branches oversees the coordination and management of the Center’s operations across all affiliated branches. It ensures the effective implementation of institutional strategies, policies, and programs in alignment with the Center’s strategic objectives. The Administration monitors both administrative and research performance within the branches and works to enhance operational efficiency and service quality throughout all locations.

In addition, the Administration fosters cooperation and establishes strategic partnerships with academic and research institutions to promote the exchange of expertise and resources. This contributes to strengthening branch capabilities, supporting institutional development, and ensuring consistent performance standards across all regions.

The department also contributes to building effective partnerships with educational institutions and other entities to exchange expertise and resources, which enhances the efficiency of the branches and raises their performance level across the center’s various operational areas.

Our Tasks

The Administration of Branches is entrusted with key responsibilities to ensure effective coordination, unified standards, and institutional integration across all affiliated branches. These responsibilities include:

Coordinating between the Center and its affiliated branches to ensure the implementation of approved policies, procedures, and work plans.
Monitoring research, academic, and training activities within the branches and ensuring their alignment with the Center’s strategic goals.
Providing administrative, technical, and logistical support to enable branches to perform their functions effectively.
Conducting periodic field visits to branches to follow up on operations, assess performance, and support continuous improvement.
