Dr Housameddin Elkrew is an academic researcher specializing in Zoology, with advanced expertise in Arachnology, particularly in taxonomy, biogeography, biodiversity, and ecology of spiders. He holds a Master’s degree from the University of Tripoli and a Ph.D. from Universiti Malaysia Terengganu, where his doctoral research focused on spider diversity, distribution patterns, and their ecological relationships within various ecosystems.

His academic and research experience includes conducting extensive fieldwork, specimen collection, morphological identification, taxonomic analysis, and biodiversity assessment.
