The Administration of Legal Affairs serves as the legal safeguard of the Libyan Biotechnology Research Center. It ensures that all operations, decisions, and activities conducted within the Center comply with applicable national laws, regulations, and internal policies. The administration provides legal guidance to all departments and branches, reviews and drafts official contracts and agreements, and ensures that institutional procedures are legally sound and transparent.<\/p>\n

By maintaining legal compliance and upholding institutional integrity, the Administration of Legal Affairs contributes to building a governance framework based on accountability, professionalism, and the protection of the Center\u2019s rights and interests at both national and international levels<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
