On Monday, September 14, 2026, as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen scientific and practical training, the Libyan Biotechnology Research Center (LBRC) and Wadi Al-Shati University signed a scientific and training cooperation agreement.

The agreement was signed by Prof. Dr. Adam Ibrahim Al-Zaghid, Director General of the Libyan Biotechnology Research Center (LBRC), and Prof. Dr. Nasser Mansour Abu Hamoud, President of Wadi Al-Shati University.

The agreement establishes a practical framework for cooperation in areas of shared scientific and academic interest, including specialized training programs, laboratory skills development, and collaboration in research and practical applications related to biotechnology.

The partnership brings together the scientific and technical expertise of the Libyan Biotechnology Research Center (LBRC) and the academic capabilities of Wadi Al-Shati University, creating opportunities for researchers, academics, and trainees to benefit from shared expertise and practical experience.
